Cancellation Policy
At HillgroveStore, the customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it’s dispatched. The order cannot be canceled once it’s out for delivery. However, the customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep.
The time window for cancellation is before it’s dispatched.
In case of any cancellation from the us due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.). Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
Hillgrove reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order. Hillgrove also reserves the right to waive off or modify the time window or cancellation fee from time to time.
Return & Replacement Policy
At HillgroveStore, products are eligible for exchange, replacement and/ or refund, within 3 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different/wrong item delivered to you. You can return the product within 3 days of delivery for replacement and/ or refund.
What should you do if you receive a damaged/wrong product?
Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.
Please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer support at support@hillgrovestore.in or call us on +91 766-966-8662 within 3 days of receipt of the product. Our customer support team may contact you to verify the issue or ascertain the damage or defect before arranging a return pickup. Once the product is received and inspected, we will give exchange, replacement and/ or refund.
We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to the return pickup. Upon receiving the product, we will promptly dispatch a replacement. Refer to the terms in the warranty card included with the product for more details.
When are return or replacement NOT possible?
The following shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement:
1. Time elapsed beyond 3 days after delivery
2. Damages due to misuse/ Faulty installation of the product
3. Any item which has been used
4. Combos sold won’t be taken back/returned as individual units
5. Products with scratches or dents.
6. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
